Session information and price

Each session will be 50 minutes long, the therapeutic hour. You will be offered a safe, comfortable and confidential space where you can talk openly without judgement.
The cost of each session will be £35, with the initial assessment session costing £25.

Whatever is on your mind

We can work together to support you through it.
Anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, low self esteem, low self confidence, work related stress, childhood trauma, general issues in your day to day life or supporting you to move forward with life after a bad experience.

Session availability

My current available days are Thursday and Friday. I am also available on Tuesday afternoons. If you would like to inquire about any other days, feel free to contact me.
I work with my clients face to face or remotely, via telephone or zoom.
