Welcome

In our lives, we may feel the need for someone to talk to, express what we are feeling, what is on our minds and feel listened to. Maybe something in our lives is making it difficult for us to move forward and achieve our goals, so we may need that extra support. Counselling can provide a perfect atmosphere for people to express themselves openly.

As my client, you will be offered a safe and private space where you can talk freely and openly about what is on your mind, where you will be offered unconditional positive regard and without the fear of judgement. You can use the time to to express and explore your thoughts and feelings and work on ways of managing the problems you face in your day to day life.

Sometimes talking is the first step towards finding your own ways of resolving your problems, as it can help clear your mind and be able to better focus on yourself and your own wellbeing.

If it's your first time trying counselling, it can feel like a scary step. But by working together, building trust and taking the time to explore your thoughts and emotions can be a positive step forward towards achieving your own goals.
